Update

Sorry for not posting anything in a while. Prague is absolutely amazing. I've been to bars, clubs, Kutna Hora, Stare Mesto, and Wien!! The beer here is insanely good and, of course, cheap. I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to Bud Lite or Busch ever again. The bars here are seriously awesome. There's cave bars, bars where you hammer nails in to wood with the back end, bars with baby dolls on the walls...holy crap.
Classes are super easy, being on the Krown is excellent, and there's a 10 to 1 guy-girl ratio haha.
So far I have planned trips for Berlin and Paris. Can't wait for either of them.

Now I'm going to just post photos. Yay!

Destination: Prague

I have finally connected to the internet and I am pleased to say that I have arrived safely in Prague. I'm the first one to move into my room. Yesss.

Day 1 Adventures: Met up with Ella, Brittany, Nicole, and Alice and went shopping/explored some of the Prague districts. FUN FACT: McDonald's chicken nuggets are crispier in Prague (tests performed by Ella and Nicole).
I am proud to say that I rode the metro for the first time (and almost got hit by a tram).
Came home to a room filled with luggage. I guess my roommates have arrived! Now I just have to find them...

I'm very excited for my first meal in Prague and for my first alcoholic beverage, legally speaking.

My parents will be happy to know that I have been a social butterfly today and met a lot of cool people at the pension this afternoon.

The Voyage: Part I

Hello Everyone! As you can see I have made it to Boston!! The biggest, most complicated airport ever!! I had to go through security a second time just to get to my connection.. So while I listen to lame music artists like Vanessa Carleton and The Click Five over the loudspeakers I can't help but get pumped for this upcoming semester! Cause "[it's] a mystery. [It's] too much for me. And I don't want [anything] else." God dammit.

I met a lady from Dublin in the bathroom -LOVE her accent. Definitely on my list of places to visit! I have a little over an hour until my flight to Paris!  Time to watch the flight screens and talk to foreign folk. Until next time, mon amies, Au Revoir! Voyez-vous à Paris!

Hello.

It is 11:55pm on February the 6th and I will officially be on my way to Prague in 12 hours and 50 min. Hell yeah. I'm about to be one step closer to becoming a famous fashion designer. Sort of. As I think about this trip of excitement and adventure I can't help but picture my plane will crash in the middle of the Atlantic and I, helpless and with no fat to help me float, will drown- or be forced to float on a piece of plane while my love freezes to death in the icy water. That being said, I know this trip will be life changing. I've heard wonderful things about Prague from my friends who have gone on this trip before and I am thankful for the advice ;)

I will, of course, miss my family and friends, my amazing boyfriend, and my mother's cooking. But while I'm studying fashion and exploring new places, they will be doing their same day-to-day tasks. I will still miss them just as much. This blog is for all of you whom I love and will miss. Can't wait to see you again in May!

Now I'm off to spend my last night with Kendall. I love him so much. He has been so wonderful to me these last couple of days and has certainly made them a lot easier for me. These next three months will be bitter sweet.

Night!
